Purple Moose Brewery Brews Up Success at SIBA Wales & West Beer Awards

The annual Ludlow Beer Festival hosted the SIBA Wales & West Beer Awards on Thursday 11th May, which is the regional heat for the prestigious SIBA International Beer Awards. 

This is the moment where breweries from across the whole of Wales and the west of England hope to collect top honours after having their brews scrutinised by beer judges, beer sommeliers and master brewers.

Each beer is judged on its appearance, aroma and of course, it's taste! With awards across 15 different categories, those awarded gold in their category advancing to the International Final the following spring. 

This year we're delighted to have 5 of our beers being awarded with 6 awards, including two category winning Golds!
